On the air

I had the privilege of spending Friday evening with Catherine McKowen of 100.5 FM. A radio station serving Morgan and surrounding counties, MY JOY brings southern gospel music to residents of the area.

I had been featured on the Morgan County station WCBK in the past for involvements in the Martinsville community, but this experience with 100.5 was different. Catherine and I spent Friday evening recording a long-form interview for an upcoming magazine show. We talked about my childhood and school experience in the community, my collegiate experience at Ball State, and of course, my recent accomplishment of being crowned Miss Ball State 2017. I was also able to share the importance of women's health and fitness, along with the incredible work of CMN Hospitals.

I appreciate Catherine's time and her desire to share my story with the community. I look forward to hearing the show on air.
